Diagnosis
Our rigorous service begins with a walk-through assessment of the client’s home to pinpoint areas of concern. The service technician will then describe the entire Air Duct Cleaning process and answer any questions or concerns you have.
Studies by the E.P.A. show that the removal of debris inside ductwork and cleaning the impacted cooling coils can reduce the running time of HVAC systems by as much as 30%. This directly correlates with savings in energy costs.
Home prep
We install corner guards and carpet runners to protect floors and furniture and seal all vents and registers.
Treatment
A high-powered vacuum is inserted into the main furnace truck lines creating negative air pressure.Then, one-by-one, we remove each vent and register to brush and clean down to the main trunk lines. Once all vents/branch lines have been carefully vacuumed out, our specialty agitation tools bring your duct work back to almost-new condition. When everything has been thoroughly extracted, we clean and detail the home to restore it to pre-treatment condition.
